Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule your appointment please provide 48 hour notice or you will be charged a $75 no show fee, you will not be seen in the office until it is paid. No excuses allowed If you are more than 10mins behind your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a $50 dollar late fee.
