Cancellation Policy

No-Show, Late, & Payment Policy At The Skincare Studio, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we’ve established the following policies: Card on File Policy A valid credit card must be kept on file for any and all services booked. This ensures smooth processing of any fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a ban from future appointments at The Skincare Studio. We cannot tolerate no-shows, as they disrupt our ability to serve other clients effectively. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a $100 non-refundable fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to a late fee, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
