Cancellation Policy
No-Show, Late, & Payment Policy At The Skincare Studio, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we’ve established the following policies: Card on File Policy A valid credit card must be kept on file for any and all services booked. This ensures smooth processing of any fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a ban from future appointments at The Skincare Studio. We cannot tolerate no-shows, as they disrupt our ability to serve other clients effectively. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a $100 non-refundable fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to a late fee, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
